What is the right size?
As Revenem caters to the oversized fit, If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend going on size down from your regular size. For example, if you normally wear an m, you can go a head with an S with us. Once comfortable, you can always upsize if you prefer a looser fit. What are the care instructions on the articles?
Machine wash works for most of the articles, air-dry. Different materials (e.g. PVC) requires different maintenance, make sure you dry clean them.
Use cold water to avoid colour bleed and shrinkage. Do not iron the print directly.
I have received a faulty/damaged product. What do I do?
Kindly drop in an email to support@revenem.com with the order number as well as pictures of proof on the defects. Please make sure that the tags are intact. Once Confirmed, you will hear back from our team via email, mentioning that your parcel will be recalled to the warehouse and will ship a fresh piece back to you.
My order has an incorrect/ missing item. What do I do?

The product I want to order is out of stock. When will it be available?
We do not restock designs or sizes once they are sold out. This ensures that our customers can enjoy the exclusivity of our brand and look forward to our next drop.
Why is my order not delivered after the mentioned date?
Due to logistic issues out of the brand’s control, there might be an occurrence of delayed delivery on the expected date. Feel free to contact us and we will solve this at the earliest.
Can I cancel my order?
